Do customers need to install an app?
No. Taply opens in the phone browser when they tap your stamper. They can create or sign in to an account to keep their loyalty cards.
How do customers collect a stamp?
At checkout, tap the Taply stamper on a compatible phone. The verified stamp is added to your shop's digital card.
Is Taply free for customers?
Yes. Customers can create an account, keep their cards and collect stamps without a Taply subscription.
How do I get started?
Choose a plan, order your stamper, and set up your rewards and card design in the dashboard. Every plan includes a 30-day free trial, free shipping and 14-day return protection.
What is the 14-day return protection?
If Taply is not right for your shop, return the stamper within 14 days of delivery and we refund your one-time setup fee, if you paid one. Your free trial runs alongside it, so no subscription is charged in that time.
